Attorney General Charles Foti Jr. announced today two more individuals have been arrested for theft related to contractor fraud.
Attorney General special agents arrested Roland Rooney of Mandeville Monday for felony theft by fraud. Agents allege Rooney contracted with a Mandeville couple to build and install custom cabinets, was given a deposit of $7,000 to begin work.
