Orlando, Fla.-based Fairfield Resorts Inc., the largest vacation ownership company in the world with more than 450,000 owner families, acquired the former Franklin Printing Co. building next to the French Quarter with plans to convert the former industrial complex into a 119-unit timeshare resort.
The new resort, to be called Fairfield New Orleans at La Belle Maison, marks Fairfield's second timeshare project in the Crescent City. The project will feature studio, one- and two-bedroom units and 12 luxury presidential suites.See the full content of this document
