There is an old corporate axiom that says when business suffers, advertising and marketing budgets are the first to go.
In New Orleans, the prognosis of many of the city's marketing and advertising agencies are a mixed bag. Some are cutting back staff, whereas others are holding steady and even seeing year-over-year increases.
