Nia Robertson, 30, daughter of Neil and Marvel Martin Robertson, who is director of Housing and Urban Development was killed by an attacker in a Mid-City bar at the corner of North Rendon Street near Orleans Avenue. The victim's throat was slashed and another unidentified patron was stabbed.

The victim was an undergraduate of Clark-Atlanta with a master's degree from Loyola University. She was working with The Road Home agency.
