While foreclosures increased 5 percent nationwide in March over February, Louisiana bucked the trend, posting a 4 percent drop, Irvine, Calif.-based RealtyTrac reported today.
RealtyTrac released its March 2008 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report, which shows foreclosure filings - default notices, auction sale notices and bank repossessions - on 234,685 properties nationwide, a 5 percent increase from February and a 57 percent increase from March 2007.See the full content of this document
