A federal jury has awarded former Boh Brothers Construction Co. employee $451,000 for his sexual harassment claim against the company.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed the suit on half of Kerry Woods, who accused a supervisor of verbal abuse, taunting sexual gestures and exposing himself. Boh Brothers was ordered to pay $250,000 in punitive damages and $200,000 for Woods' emotional distress.
