The New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets will open their home schedule in New Orleans against Tracy McGrady, Yao Ming and the Houston Rockets at 6 p.m. Nov. 5. They will open their home schedule in Oklahoma City at 7 p.m. Nov. 7 against Baron Davis and the Golden State Warriors.

We look forward to opening our season in New Orleans and are eager to get the 2006-07 Hornets season under way, said Hornets Owner George Shinn. We are excited for our home fans - to see Peja (Stojakovic), Bobby (Jackson) and Tyson (Chandler) in a Hornets uniform, while seeing how fun, entertaining and exciting Hornets games are in person.
