Construction will begin on Federal City ahead of a September 2008 federal deadline, David Mize, a retired Marine major general heading up the project in New Orleans, said Wednesday.
Construction should start around June 2008 and take 18 months, with the roughly $160-million project ready for occupancy by the end of 2009 or beginning of 2010, said Mize, who updated the Louisiana Technology Council on the project.See the full content of this document
