Amid Struggles, Construction Charter in Carrollton Graduates First Class

Summary


The Priestly School of Architecture and Construction, a charter school in the Carrollton area, witnessed its first graduating class on Saturday, with 74 students receiving their diplomas.

The students have a range of college and job prospects lined up, said Michelle Biagas, Priestly principal and CEO. One of the students received a scholarship to Louisiana State University's architecture program, while others are going into welding and other trades.
