N.O. Airport Passenger Count Climbs 8.7 Percent in October

The October passenger count for Louisiana Armstrong New Orleans International Airport rose 8.7 percent compared with the same month a year ago. But the year-to-date passenger figure is down 2.9 percent compared with the same period last year.
According to statistics released today by the airport, there were 704,686 passengers in October, up from 648,544 in the same month last year. The number of passengers leaving the airport increased 9.3 percent to 344,037, while the number of passengers arriving at the airport grew by 8.2 percent to 358,332.See the full content of this document
